Military grade exoskeletons have come a long way and soldiers are all being blessed with this crazy invention. Latest in the genre comes from Raytheon who’ve revamped the Sarcos XOS 2 exoskeleton suit that’ll assist soldiers in their heavy duty chores. Built on a combination of sensors, actuators and controllers, the robotic suit is powered by a pressure hydraulic engine using 50% less power, yet helping the user lift up to 200 pounds. What impresses me most in the exoskeleton is that the user wearing one of these can kick some football, are robot-suits for FIFA lined up next?
